Privacy Policy

MoltenTech LLC — Flux Hub · Effective September 17, 2026 · [email protected]

This policy explains what Flux Hub collects, who receives it, and how long it is kept. Flux Hub is a marketplace: when you rent a node, the Operator you rent from receives some of your information too, and this policy says which. We collect only what the platform needs, and we do not sell personal information.

1. What we collect from a Renter

  • Account: the wallet address you sign in with (ZelID or SSP). There is no password. An email address only if you give us one for notices.
  • Node configuration: the Flux node details you submit — node identity (FluxID), collateral transaction reference, and an identity key that is encrypted at rest — plus any optional Discord or Telegram details you add for Flux’s own node alerts.
  • Rental records: which listing you rented, when, its status, and the Operator’s subscription identifier. Your card details are entered with the Operator’s payment processor; Flux Hub never sees or stores them.
  • Operational data: status and benchmark metrics for the node(s) on your account.

2. What we collect from an Operator

  • Identity: your owner wallet address, the signing keys the platform issues you, and the name, slug and description on your listing.
  • Hardware and inventory: the hosts you attest with your wallet, the node slots you declare, and what your agent reports about them (versions, benchmarks, VM status, node health).
  • Listing and stats: the tiers, prices and availability you assert, and the statistics your Coalition reports, including whether your Stripe account is in live or test mode.
  • Operator subscription billing: for a paid level, the subscription and payment records (amounts, dates, status) and a Stripe customer identifier on MoltenTech’s account. Card details are entered with Stripe; we never store them.
  • Never: your Proxmox credentials or your Stripe secret keys. They stay on your side; your agent only connects out to us.

3. How we use it

  • To run the Marketplace: show listings, match a rental to a slot, and track it.
  • To provision and run nodes: deliver a Renter’s configuration to the Operator who will build it, start the node, and watch its benchmarks.
  • To bill Operators for their platform subscription.
  • To send service messages: provisioning status, benchmark and version alerts, config and billing notices.
  • To publish fleet statistics — per tier, aggregated across all nodes, never per wallet or per node.
  • To operate, secure and improve the platform, and to keep an audit trail.

4. Who receives it

  • The Operator you rent from receives your wallet address, your node configuration (including the encrypted identity key their agent needs to start your node), and the status of your rental. They see you as their customer, because you are. What they do with it is governed by their own obligations under the Terms, Part B.
  • Renters of an Operator see the Operator’s public listing: name, location, description, prices, availability, and measured performance.
  • Stripe — payment processing for Operator subscriptions on MoltenTech’s account. Rental payments go through the Operator’s own Stripe account, under the Operator’s agreement with Stripe.
  • Resend — delivery of the emails we send.
  • The Flux network — your node, once started, is a public participant in the Flux network; its address, tier and benchmark results are visible there by design. That is Flux, not us.

Providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account, rental and subscription records: while the account is active, and afterwards as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Node configuration: kept, with the identity key encrypted, alongside the rental record. Once your rental has ended you may ask us to delete it.
  • Operator records after retirement: the listing, inventory history and provisioning log are kept as the audit trail of what ran on whose hardware.

7. Security

We protect the platform with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption of node identity keys at rest and wallet-signature authentication for every account. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Your FLUX collateral and wallet keys are yours to safeguard; we never hold them and cannot recover them.

8. Your choices

You can see and change your node configuration and listing from your dashboard or console. To ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion of your information, email [email protected]. Some records must be kept where the law requires it, and an Operator’s audit trail is kept as described above.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; a change takes effect on the effective date shown at the top of this page.
